Dancing can be enjoyed at any age. Young children, teenagers, young adults, the more mature and senior citizens. All experience the fun and enjoyment of moving to the fabulous music and rhythms. Many friendships develop from the enjoyment of a common interest and dancing is no exception. If you are not already involved, why not give it a try?
